Summary
| The SWO2 security camera, also known as the automatic camera, was a hybrid camera and motion sensor used by Imperial forces for surveillance around 3 ABY.The SWO2 consisted of a bank of six visual scanners arranged in a three-by-two grid around an audio sensor. The units were mounted on brackets extending from the ceiling or attached to walls, attaching to a swivel at the rear of the camera. Motion sensors allowed the SWO2 to track the movement of individuals within perational range.Despite its widespread use in military installations, the SWO2 was not intended for use in combat zones and was prone to exploding when struck by ion or blaster fire. | ||
